作品由当代著名书画艺术家、国家一级美术师陈福耀老师亲自挥毫创作并慷慨捐赠。 “我以公余询疾苦，君将仁术去疮痍”出自江峰青的题联《嘉善施医局联》。 施医局是清代为普通民众提供免费诊疗的公益性慈善机构。联中的施医局在浙江嘉善，作者在该地任知县。上联表达了作者作为地方官，关心民生疾苦的情怀。下联称赞施医者救死扶伤的高尚医德。表面叙述两件事，其实早已超出施医局的功能范围，更是作者借题抒发济世的愿望。

This work was personally created and generously donated by Chen Fuyao, a renowned contemporary calligrapher, painter, and national first-class artist. "I ask about the suffering of others in my spare time, and you will use your medical skills to heal the wounds" is a couplet from the "Jiashan Medical Bureau Couplet" by Jiang Fengqing.
