柯麟 (1900 - 1991)，广东海丰人，革命家、医学教育家，被誉为华南医学的“一代巨擘”。他早年以医生身份为掩护从事革命活动，后辗转赴澳门，担任镜湖医院院长。建国后长期主政中山医学院，殚精竭虑，呕心沥血，使中山医学院独秀南国，在国内外产生很大影响。晚年为暨南大学复办、暨大医学院的创建做出了重大贡献。该雕塑由羅杨佳鑫先生捐赠。

Ke Lin (1900 - 1991), from Haifeng, Guangdong, was a revolutionary and medical educator. He is widely recognized as a "Giant of South China Medicine". In his early years, he participated in revolutionary activities disguised as a doctor. Later, he moved to Macau and became the president of Kiang Wu Hospital. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he played a prominent role in governing Zhongshan Medical College for a long time. With great dedication and effort, he made Zhongshan Medical School a leading institution in South China, exerting a significant influence domestically and internationally. In his later years, he made major contributions to the re-establishment of Jinan University and the creation of Jinan Medical College. This sculpture was donated by Mr. Luo Yang Jiaxin.
