广州泰和一直致力于营造有温度的医疗环境。放疗中心等候大厅（泰和厅）虽然位于地下一层，但光线充足，视野开阔，除了用精湛的放射治疗技术减轻肿瘤患者的病痛，还特别注重人文关怀、传递温暖。 在患者完成一个疗程的放疗后，医务人员会邀请患者和家属在这个充满阳光的泰和厅，参与“希望之鼓”的敲鼓仪式。患者往往喜欢敲击鼓面 9 次，以此长久地自我激励。这个仪式，作为医院对患者心理照护的诸多细节之一，深受患者欢迎。

Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center is dedicated to creating a medical environment that prioritizes the human touch. Despite being located on the basement level, the waiting hall for the radiation therapy center (Concord Hall) is spacious and has ample lighting. In addition to utilizing refined radiation therapy techniques to alleviate the pain of cancer patients, the hospital also places special emphasis on humanistic care and delivering warmth. After completing a course of radiation therapy, the medical staff at Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center invites patients and their families to participate in the "Drum of Hope" ceremony held in Concord Hall. During this ceremony, patients enjoy striking the drum’s surface nine times, which serves as a long-term self-motivator. This ceremony is just one of the many ways that the hospital provides psychological care for its patients, which is deeply appreciated by them.
